Joe Cooper

After attending the University of Louisville, earning his bachelor's degree in political science and then pursuing graduate work at the University of Kentucky, Joe Cooper began his career in the financial services field by starting his own practice with Financial Services Center in 1985.
Immediately, he found that his natural abilities--a sense of determination, drive and attention to detail—worked well in the financial and retirement planning industry. For nearly 37 years, he has been dedicated to improving and refining the level of service he provides. "I want to make a difference for the people I represent." Joe will tell you.
In 1993 Joe received the professional designation of Certified Financial Planner™ from the College of Financial Planning in Denver and holds that designation today.
He has actively pursued additional educational opportunities, participating in professional study programs and completing advanced courses in the investment planning field including the Series 7 and Series 63. Joe also holds variable and life insurance licenses.
